This relative young winery is situated close to the Marques de Murrieta on the road towards Zaragoza. Juan & Ana are the young, passionate & enthusiastic owners that have done an incredible job in their wine production. Besides the standard range, they launch every year a unique 'experience'.

The name is related to two Franciscos: Paco García (the father & founder of the winery) and Chisco García (older brother, farmer & dreamer). Vinification & Maturing of the Wine
This fresh & pleasant wine comes from a high altitude vineyard (615 meters) located in Murillo de Ria Leza. The grapes are separated from the cluster & placed in a tank where they are left for 48 hours at a temperature between 5 & 10 degrees. Subsequently, fermentation takes place at a low temperature (transforming the sugar into alcohol). In order to extract more colour & aromas from the grape variety, an innovative system has been used. They break up the cap by submerging the skins & seeds completely in the liquid. The wine has been matured in oak wooden barrels for about 10 months.
Tasting Notes
A deep red-coloured wine with shades of violet and purple. lt has a very intense and pleasant nose with a huge explosion of strawberries and raspberries. Sweet floral notes, comming from honey and orange peel. With only 10 months in oak barrel this wine is been soaked by a velvety vanilla aroma that increase nicely this sweety part. lt is a fruity and juicy wine, and also powerful and enjoyable.
Recommendation
We recommend to serve this wine at a temperature between 16 & 18 degrees Celsius.
