Vinification & Maturing of the Wine
The grapes are harvested by night in order to prevent oxidations & to keep the beautiful flavours of the Vermentino. The crop is directly destemmed when entering the cellars & pressed (Pneumatic). The fermentation is carried out at a low temperature, giving enough time for aromatic development. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats. After that, the wine ages "sur lie" to gain a smooth texture.
Tasting Notes
The colour of this Vermentino is bright green-ish with yellow hints. In the nose, the wine is incredibly fresh with hints of peach & lemon. Also, some floral notes & herbal hints. In the mouth, the wine is crispy. On the palate, the wine is fruity & well-balanced. Definitely, a great wine.
Recommendation
We recommend to serve this wine at a temperature between 8 & 10 degrees Celsius.
