This relative young winery is situated close to the Marques de Murrieta, on the road towards Zaragoza. Juan & Ana are the young, passionate & enthusiastic owners that have done an incredible job in their wine production. Besides the standard range, they launch every year an incredible 'experience' (premium wine).
The hand is the original imprint of Paco García. It represents the link between the personal & company related values; The love of craftsmanship & effort in all facets of life. The name is related to the two Franciscos: Paco García (the father & founder of the winery) and Chisco García (older brother, farmer & dreamer). Also, to their facts & decisions that one fine day led them to build a winery, this winery. The total image is the result of the joy, memories and enthusiasm, which led them to this path.

Vinification & Maturing of the Wine | After the harvest, the grape grains are separated from the stem and entered the tank to macerate for a few hours (extract the acidity, structure, colour & aromas). After this, they are pressed (separate skins & seeds) and take the liquid to a stainless steel tanks to begin to ferment at low temperature. Afterwards, this wine is aged on its lees for 8 months: half of the production in stainless steel tanks and the other half in 225-liter French oak barrels. This technique gives the wine more volume, smoothness and a citric and floral varietal character. It is then mixed & bottled. |
Tasting Notes | This Tempranillo Blanco has a very unique nose; a mixture of citrus (lemon leaf & blossom) & fruit (apricot & pineapple) notes with a small touch of honey, mint & the right amount of minerals. On the palate, the Tempranillo Blanco gives a balanced structure, pleasant level of acidity & the time of resting in the barrel. Definitely, a must try! |
Recommendation | We recommend to serve this wine at a temperature between 8 & 10 degrees Celsius. |
